1. Overview

At isell.ie, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and fair marketplace for buying and selling digital products, templates, artwork, and in the future, physical items such as prints and creative goods. Our Returns & Refunds Policy depends on the type of product purchased and the method of purchase.


2. Product Types Explained

Product Type Description
Digital Products Instant downloads such as templates, artwork files, planners, and resources delivered electronically.
Physical Products (Future) Tangible items such as printed artwork, framed prints, or other goods shipped to you by the seller.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital sales are final.
Once files have been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions: If you receive the wrong digital product or there is a technical issue preventing access, please contact support within 3 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund where appropriate.


4. Physical Products (Future)

When physical products (e.g., printed artwork, framed prints) are offered on isell.ie, returns and refunds will follow Irish and EU consumer protection laws:

New Physical Items (from business sellers)

  • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You can return new physical items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if returned unused and in original condition.

  • Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Used or Custom Items

  • Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or misdescribed.

  • Used items are typically sold “as described” and may not be eligible for change of mind returns.


5. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under Irish and EU law, all products must match their description and be fit for purpose.

✔ If you receive a faulty, damaged, or significantly misdescribed item, contact the seller immediately.
✔ For physical products, if unresolved, contact isell.ie support within 3 days of delivery for assistance in resolving the issue.


6. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

For Digital Products:

  1. Log in to your account and locate your order

  2. Contact support within 3 days explaining the issue

  3. Provide order details and screenshots if applicable

  4. We will review and respond promptly to resolve or issue a refund if warranted

For Physical Products (future):

  1. Log in and locate your order

  2. Click “Request Return” within 14 days of receipt (if eligible)

  3. Provide photos and description of the issue

  4. Await return approval and instructions


7. Exemptions

❌ Returns and refunds are not available for:

  • Downloaded digital products (unless faulty or incorrect)

  • Personalised or custom-made physical items

  • Items damaged after receipt due to misuse


8. Refund Timeframes

  • Digital products: Refunds (if approved) processed within 3–5 business days

  • Physical products: Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after return is received and approved

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
